Lutheran Women’s Missionary Society (LWMS)
MISSION STATEMENT
LWMS is a gathering of women dedicated to serving Jesus by increasing awareness of, interest in, and support of the mission outreach of the Wisconsin Evangelical Lutheran Synod (WELS).
As WELS women, we believe that Jesus was speaking to each of us when he directed his disciples to '...go and make disciples of all nations, baptizing them in the name of the Father and of the Son and of the Holy Spirit, and teaching them to obey everything I have commanded you. And surely I am with you always, to the very end of the age." ( Matthew 28:19, 20)
To this end, we freely give of the time, talents, and treasures with which God has richly blessed us.
Jesus Cares Ministries (JCM) assists congregations in reaching out to people with intellectual and developmental disabilities, their families, and communities. Our programs encourage Bible studies, worship, and fellowship opportunities.
We assist congregations in developing Bible classes and worship services designed to meet each person at their level of comprehension. Our JCM staff members

WHAT WE BELIEVE
Christ’s love, which he demonstrated by his perfect life and by his suffering and death on the cross, is the foundation for our relationship with God, the focus of our faith, and the motivation for all we do as Christians.
In that same love for sinners, Christ not only lived and died to set us free from sin and guilt, but he also rose again in victory on the first Easter Sunday, assuring us that his victory is our victory and that his resurrection is our resurrection. Saved by his grace alone, we look forward to his glorious return as we proclaim the good news of what his love has accomplished."
OUR MISSION
The mission of Northwestern Publishing House is to deliver Biblically sound Christ-centered resources within the Wisconsin Evangelical Lutheran Synod and beyond."
